By Alberto Zamudio | The Southbound 105 | Oct. 17, 2026 Los Angeles County's latest auction of tax-defaulted properties opens online at 3 p.m. today, Saturday, Oct. 17, and runs until noon Tuesday, Oct. 20, according to the county Treasurer and Tax Collector (TTC). The auction is held at govease.com/los-angeles. As of Sept. 18, 392 properties were scheduled to be sold, Treasurer and Tax Collector Elizabeth Buenrostro Ginsberg told the Board of Supervisors in a memo. That number can change as owners pay off what they owe.
